By accessing our website, purchasing our products, booking salon services, or participating in our training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

- “Beauty Center CY,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the exclusive official GIGI Cosmetics reseller in Cyprus, operating at Irakleidon 8, Germasogeia 4041, Limassol, Cyprus.
- “Website” refers to beautycentercy.com and all content, services, and products provided by Beauty Center CY.
- “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person accessing the website or purchasing products or services.
- “Services” refers to beauty treatments, consultations, and training programs offered by Beauty Center CY.
- “Products” refers to GIGI Cosmetics products and any other beauty products sold by Beauty Center CY.
- “GIGI Cosmetics” refers to the professional skincare brand manufactured by GIGI Laboratories.
3. Authorized Reseller Status
Beauty Center CY is the exclusive officially authorized GIGI Cosmetics reseller in Cyprus. We source our products directly from GIGI Laboratories, ensuring authenticity, freshness, and full manufacturer warranty. All GIGI products sold through our website or at our physical location are genuine, properly stored, and handled according to manufacturer specifications.
Please be aware that other businesses selling GIGI products in Cyprus are not authorized resellers and do not obtain their products directly from GIGI Laboratories. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be authentic, may have been improperly stored or handled, and do not carry the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee.
4. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The products and services available on our website are only available for purchase in Cyprus. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

5. Products and Services
5.1 Product Information
We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device’s display accurately reflects the actual color of the products.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
5.2 Salon Services
Appointments for salon services must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
5.3 Training Programs
Registration for training programs requires full payment in advance. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled training date.
Beauty Center CY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training programs. In such cases, participants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
5.4 Professional Wholesale Program
The wholesale program is available exclusively to licensed beauty professionals. Proof of professional certification may be required to access wholesale pricing. Beauty Center CY reserves the right to verify professional credentials and deny access to the wholesale program at its discretion.
6. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information.

7. Payment and Pricing
7.1 Prices
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on our website at the time your order is placed.
7.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.
7.3 Invoicing
For retail customers, an electronic receipt will be provided via email. For wholesale customers and businesses, a proper VAT invoice will be issued upon request.

8.1 Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services throughout Cyprus. International shipping is not available at this time.
8.2 Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location in Cyprus but generally range from 1-3 business days after processing. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
8.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and order value. Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping within Cyprus.
8.4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Return Policy
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at gigi.laboratories.cy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
9.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9.3 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Beauty Center CY or its content suppliers and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright laws.

11. User Responsibilities
