At Beauty Center CY, the exclusive official GIGI Cosmetics reseller in Cyprus, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from beautycentercy.com or at our Limassol salon location.

Retail Product Returns

Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Beauty Center CY may be returned within fourteen days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product is not on our list of non-returnable items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

Contact our customer service team first at gigi.laboratories.cy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without authorization.

Once authorized, we will provide you with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for damaged/defective items only)

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization form or number, and return the product to our physical address or as otherwise instructed.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
  • Personal care items that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • Eye products, lip products, or any item that comes in contact with skin
  • Brushes, applicators, or tools (once used)
  • Specially ordered or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital content
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased with discount codes over thirty percent
  • Bundle deals and promotional sets (partial returns not accepted)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges to ensure faster processing and stock availability. If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

Reporting Procedure

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at gigi.laboratories.cy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +357 96 088777 within forty-eight hours of delivery. Photos are mandatory and must include:

  • Your order number clearly visible
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos showing the original packaging condition
  • Close-up images of the specific issue or damage

Keep everything – Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we confirm your return authorization.

Resolution Options

For verified damaged or defective products, we offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for the purchase amount
  • Full refund to the original payment method

We will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged or defective products and for sending replacements.

Refund Processing

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit card refunds typically process within five to seven business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take seven to ten business days
  • Cash refunds are only available for in-store purchases

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within five business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Refund Deductions

The following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping costs (unless item was damaged/defective)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Handling fee may apply for non-defective returns

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Product returned shows signs of use or damage not present at the time of shipment
  • Product is returned beyond the fourteen-day return period
  • Only part of an order is returned (refund will be issued for returned items only)

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your order and then return items that bring the total below our free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension

Salon Services

Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • Cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of fifty percent of the service price
  • No-shows will be charged the full service price

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a salon service, please inform us immediately, preferably before leaving the salon. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer:

  • Complimentary follow-up treatment
  • Credit toward future services
  • Partial or full refund at our discretion

Professional Training Programs

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made between three to seven days before the scheduled training date are eligible for a fifty percent refund
  • Cancellations made less than three days before the scheduled training date are not eligible for a refund
  • Transfers to another training date may be available at our discretion

Cancellation by Beauty Center CY

If we cancel or reschedule a training program, participants will be offered:

  • Transfer to the rescheduled date
  • Transfer to an alternative training program
  • Full refund of the registration fee

Wholesale Orders

Return Eligibility

Wholesale orders are subject to the same return conditions as retail orders, with the following additions:

  • Returns must be requested within seven days of delivery
  • A restocking fee of ten percent may apply to wholesale returns
  • Bulk orders or specially ordered professional products may have different return terms, which will be specified at the time of order
  • Extended thirty-day return period for unopened products
  • Minimum order quantities may affect return eligibility

Wholesale Refunds

Refunds for wholesale orders will be processed within ten business days after inspection of the returned products. Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Gift Returns

Gifts With Receipt

  • Standard return policy applies
  • Refund issued to original purchaser’s payment method
  • Gift recipient can receive store credit instead (upon request)

Gifts Without Receipt

  • Store credit only (at current product price)
  • Must provide gift giver’s contact information for verification
  • Subject to all other return policy conditions

International Customers

  • Customer responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable
